Job Description
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
- Create and maintain lists of leasing properties, providing accurate and detailed information on their location, features, and square footage.
- Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
