Visiting client sites daily to check and inspect cars to ensure they comply with quality standards in terms of the safety and cleanliness of the car and performing maintenance on time…etcRecording violations like driver’s non-compliance with uniforms, speeds…etcFollow up violations with the concerned department.Conducting meetings with customers and measuring their level of satisfaction through a customer satisfaction questionnaire.Supervising and evaluating the maintenance center.Recording supervisors’ violations.Coordinating with the Human Resources Department in evaluating drivers and supervisors.Trace the cars on the GPS system daily to determine speeding violations, garages and moving without permission.Conducting meetings with potential applicants for driver positions to illustrate them about our policy.Give defensive driving trainings to drivers and supervisors.
Job Requirements :
bachelor’s degree in any discipline.+3 years of experience in same roles in transportation companies is a must.Proven work experience with GPS systems.very good command of English.Solid knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training or certificates in Quality Assurance is preferred.Working conditions:-Saturday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.Hybird work ( on / off site)Competitive salarySocial insuranceOpportunities for professional growth.
