Formulate, document and maintain factory quality control plans & proceduresProvide necessary training to ensure that QC procedures and Work instructions are correctly implementedCollect, analyse and display the necessary QC data using statistical processesMonthly reports with comprehensive analysis of all the problems that have occurred, their root cause(s) and how they were resolved and suggestions for improvement projectsLead the quality control inspectors & supervisors and improve their skillsResponsible to solve any problems with customers and to improve customer satisfaction.Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably engineering or scienceAt least, 3 years of experience in industry, preferably glass processingGood knowledge of ISO 9001Good command of EnglishExcellent communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent computer skills.Teamwork orientedProblem solving techniquesCustomer orientedStrong leadership skills
