QA/QC Engineer

Our company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a strong background in quality control processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The QA/QC Engineer will work closely with our production team and other stakeholders to identify and address any quality issues, and will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality and reliability
2. Perform inspections and audits to identify any quality issues and develop corrective actions
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality standards and requirements are met
4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
5. Monitor and track quality performance metrics and report on key findings to management
6. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and procedures
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new developments in quality assurance and quality control
8. Participate in customer meetings and address any quality-related concerns or questions
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and certifications
10. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control
3. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
9. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and certifications
10. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
