Job Description:
- Ensure all retail projects are delivered with high-end quality standards.
- Follow up on new branch projects and renovations, ensuring timely execution according to specifications.
- Manage all project phases, including project set-up, design, team coordination, and construction administration.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors for high-quality delivery.
- Arrange and attend site activity meetings, documenting outcomes as required.
- Interact with Mall Management to coordinate work, timelines, and costs during the store/unit execution phase.
- Ensure all stores/units are fully operational by scheduled opening dates, aligned with brand and operational standards.
- Manage and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all branch systems, including regular site visits, monitoring operations, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Prepare maintenance reports including quality assurance, cost management, and SLA compliance.
- Ensure all branches maintain operational standards, safety, and overall quality.
