Job Description:
- Lead planning and project controls activities across multiple construction projects while actively participating in project execution and scheduling activities
- Develop, review, and maintain baseline schedules in alignment with project scope and contractual milestones
- Oversee schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress tracking
- Manage delay analysis processes and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and claims documentation
- Develop and review resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules
- Monitor project performance, critical path activities, and schedule risk impacts
- Coordinate planning activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Prepare executive-level progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, and KPI analyses
- Support project controls functions including forecasting, earned value analysis, and change management
- Participate in project coordination and progress meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Review contractual schedules and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support tender planning, bid schedules, and project execution strategies
- Contribute directly to planning deliverables and project scheduling activities in addition to managerial responsibilities
