Job Description:
- Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts, and detailed designs using AutoCAD.
- Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Perform regular site inspections for ongoing and completed works (roads, foundations, underground utilities, concrete works, etc.).
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for civil assets (buildings, concrete pavements, drainage systems, manholes, etc.).
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Track project progress and prepare daily / weekly / monthly progress reports.
- Manage sub-contractors and site labor teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, letters, presentations, and maintenance logs.
