Industry Experience – Fitout

1. With experience in Fit out work and coordination.

2. With knowledge on authority submission & documents requirements

3. With experience in property management submission & coordination to obtain approvals & permit access.

4. With knowledge of procurement, supplier, subcontractor and finishing materials.

5. With knowledge in costing as per budget for each project.

6. Well verse in communication and coordination to different entity.

7. Know the standard requirements and procedure to start site mobilization.
