Job Description:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved
- Plan and organize production schedules according to demand and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules when needed
- Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications
- Manage production staff, supervisors, and machine operators
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce production costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs (output, waste, efficiency, downtime, etc.)
- Collaborate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Warehouse
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Train and evaluate production employees and supervisors
- Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions
