Job Description:
- Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production operations to achieve output, quality, cost, and safety targets for fluting and testliner grades.
- Analyze and control key process parameters (GSM, BF/RCT, moisture profile, formation, runnability) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Support production planning by translating monthly and weekly plans into stable machine operating conditions.
- Continuously improve machine efficiency, yield, and energy consumption through data analysis and process optimization.
- Identify process deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Support trials, grade changes, raw material substitutions, and process improvements.
- Assist in training operators on SOPs, best practices, and safe operating limits.
- Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, downtime, waste, rejects) and prepare technical reports for management.
- ● Prepare and present regular production reports, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending process enhancements.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
