Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Product Manager in Nigeria with the below responsibilities and qualifications. Nature of job impact: Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesAct as a focal point of contact with Vendors to facilitate the operational process starting from Order request to the endCommunicate new products and information and feedback gathered through field visitsDeveloping and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to executeAnalyzing potential channel analysis for the customer relationshipCarries responsibility for fully supporting the sales team and resolves any problem with the Finance and the Warehouse operationsPrepares stock and Aging stock reports on timely manner for the department headMonitor cost and profit margins per item and alert  the department head regarding any concernsDevelop and implement special sales activates to reduce stockPrepare presentation proposals for Vendors meetings & Sales forecast reportsFollow marketing activates execution to close financial results (Bundles, Promotions, floor salesman incentive or Price drop)Make sure that Claims and Credit Notes from Vendors are collectedDevelop updated price list for Vendors productsDevelop and implement DAP process to keep healthy defect rateFollow-up shipments logistics cycle from country of origin till local warehouseMake sure with Finance team that Forex rates are in favor of the profit marginsPerform continuous Business Development to Brands dealing with RayaManage Online market places created by Sales team on Jumia, Konga, … etcManage Sales opportunities with Telecom OperatorsParticipates in making the annual business plan by presenting realistic profit margins Areas job impacts:Operations (Distribution, Vendors and Retail)Finance departmentWarehouse operations
