Job Description :
Review the contract, the bill of quantity and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules.Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projectsCreating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.Communicates with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination.Monitors all payment invoices for contractors or clientsEstimate and record project total expenditure including invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.Coordinate project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysissubcontractors’ deals for writing and issuing clients’ invoices.Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VOs)
Job Requirements :
BSc. Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.Experience 2-3 yearsSoftware Skills: (AutoCAD– MS Office- primavera &MS project ) is a must.Strong Communication, Presentation and Leadership skills.Good in Time Management.Very Good command of English Language.
