Job Description:
- El Galla Jewellery House is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Media Buyer to join our Growth Team. Their role involves assisting in the planning process, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google, aligned with the brand’s vision with a strong focus on driving conversions and revenue. E-commerce experience is highly preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing media plans and Ad strategies.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and web teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for the Growth Manager.
- Experience with creative strategy, copywriting, or ad production.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
