Job Description:
- Oversees corrective & preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of plant equipment, minimizing the risk of breakdowns and disruptions
- Lead O&M team of supervisors and technicians to ensure the smooth functioning of plant equipment and facility.
- Implement strategies and plans set by company & plant manager to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Effectively communicate and respond to any client requests related to site operation.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational and maintenance challenges.
- Lead the team in adhering to QHSE standards through preventive maintenance practices, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Motivate team members and promote teamwork.
- Prepare requested reports on operational activities and maintenance progress.
