IT Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable IT Specialist to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of MIDAR’s IT systems across all company sites. This role is central to keeping hardware, software, and network services running reliably while delivering prompt, professional technical support to every department and end user.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support across MIDAR HQ, Mostakbal City, Mada City, and all new entities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Create and manage user accounts, handle password resets, and follow up on access permissions.
• Manage endpoint security software and ensure all devices stay protected and up to date.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, VLAN awareness, DNS/DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting; escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Monitor CCTV camera operations, perform basic DVR/NVR checks, and report faults to the responsible teams.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration: user provisioning, licensing, mailbox setup, and Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint assistance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, follow procurement workflows, and configure new hardware to standard.
• Prepare technical reports and support audit and compliance activities as directed.
