Job Description
o Take on charge of all sales Channel.
o Agree & confirm the target distribution with the general sales manager as per the budget.
o Analyse market trends
o Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
o Check with branch sales manager the sales staff readiness -acknowledgement -and give quarterly report for this subject to general sales manager in three channels.
o Supervision all sales operation including supporting teams, test drive, …Etc.
o Help and full support the three sales channels and branches to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
o Evaluate the sales team performance quarterly.
o Make sure that all KPI, s targets are achieved by sales team all channels.
Skills
- · Minimum of (11) years’ experience in sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills for both English & Arabic.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and team-work skills.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SAS
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Organizational and analytical skills
