Responsibilities
- Assist in Implementing, training, and supporting the Users in ERP system Microsoft D365 and other Microsoft Technologies like CRM, Power BI, and Power Apps
- Understands Microsoft best practices for environment configuration and implementation.
- Converting business requirements into the most efficient technical models.
- Prepare and conduct business process analysis
- Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops
- Functional design document (FDD) development
- Define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
- Create development design specifications
- Set up application, system configurations for, and conduct, Fit Gap Analysis.
- Transfer of knowledge among the teams and to end users.
- Data Migration from legacy into D365 F&O
- Assist in the ERP implementation projects.
- Assist in the documentation of the general business processes.
- Upload of data into D365 F&O using DMF or Excel.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor IT, finance, or business administration or equivalent.
- 3+ Years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong background knowledge of Finance modules, and in one/more of Supply Chain; Project management.
- Certification in Dynamics will be an advantage.
- Experience with implementing ERP systems.
- Should be a team player, proactive with good communication skills.
- Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
