Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of dental treatment delivery and patient experience.
• Oversee the operational workflow of the branch and maintain efficient care delivery.
• Manage and resolve patient complaints and clinical complications with professionalism.
• Supervise staff commitment, attendance, and adherence to work schedules.
• Report incidents, delays, or violations to the HR Department.
• Ensure availability, validity, and proper utilization of all materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards.
• Review next-day schedules and coordinate with operators and laboratories to ensure readiness.
