Overview of the role

Plan, Schedule, carryout, supervise Planned preventive maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance, Operation and maintenance of HVAC system, chillers, chilled water system, carryout retrofit, refurbishment works.

 

What you will do

 

 

Key Accountability 1: HVAC Maintenance Service Delivery.

• Efficiently execute corrective and reactive maintenance services of unitary, applied chilled water products, chilled water system, equipment’s in accordance with HVAC standards and comply with customer service level agreements (SLA), KPI’s.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance services of unitary, chilled water system equipment’s and devices in accordance with HVAC standards and agreed PPM schedule.
• Carryout daily site inspections to ensure quality of works and adherence to the set standards and submit reports to next reporting level
• Responsible for takeover and handover of the AMC 

 

Key Accountability 2: Customer Service

• Contribute to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with client, client representatives.
• Achieve and enhance customer satisfaction by meeting and /or exceeding the customer requirements, SLA’s.

 

Key Accountability 3: QHSE.

• Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard.
• Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others
• Implement all HSE policy, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions (tool box talk) – thus preventing potential incidents at all times. 

 

Key Accountability 4: Equipment’s, Tools & Tackles, Return of materials.

• Maintain list of company’s equipment’s, tools and tackles issued to the team and return the same
• Calibration of all tools and tackles, safety devices 
• Ensuring returning all defective, unused materials, spare parts to store

 

Key Accountability 5: Behavioural and discipline.

• Punctuality, time management and proper communication with engineer, manager, team and customers
• Compliance to company policies and procedures

 

Key Accountability 6: Performance of AMC.

• Execution of AMC, Casual jobs efficiently with in the budget and ensure profitability of the same 
• Submission of customer invoices on time
• Generate revenue from refurbishment / retrofit works
