Duties & Responsibilities
Lead innovation and renovation to drive incremental profit.
Effectively plan and implement campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.
Manage range/price/volume mix to optimize sales/returns ratios.
Advocate brand guidelines and initiatives which build brand equity.
Build close cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships.
Translate shopper, consumer and category insights into compelling actions.
Develop Branding Plan which identifies and defines the current and future positioning.
Provide analysis and reporting on brand performance on weekly and monthly basis
Critically evaluate key initiatives and make recommendations based on commercial return.
Manage the third party relationships with the company’s online marketing service providers, including but not limited to: affiliate partners, agencies, technology suppliers, consultants, etc.
Leads the analysis of the market trends and identification of business growth opportunities and initiates new business development in line with the overall strategy.
Make a contribution to our website and blog that attracts customers from all over.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Any other related duties.
BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of brand marketing experience gained within the FMCG industry
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline – Business, Marketing, Communications highly regarded Proven experience in leading cross functional projects
Experience in brand equity, digital and social campaigns highly regarded.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills with genuine passion for the consumer foods industry Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
