Job Description
Location: 2nd industrial city Dammam
Logistics
– Coordination with suppliers during transit of goods
– Evaluation of logistic quotations with projects
– Maintaining a clear overview of all logistics
– Preparing all shipment documents.
– Preparing and communicating logistic Purchase Orders to suppliers
– Preparing and communicating request of purchase with suppliers
– Receiving and checking of incoming goods
Document control
– Responsible for the registration and distributing of project documents
– Maintaining a clear overview of the status of outgoing and incoming project documents
– Preparing document transmittals and front sheets
– Expediting the timely document flow between ODS ME and their clients
– Review that project documents are send inline as per corporate identity standards
Skills
– Basic working knowledge of import and export regulations
– Basic working knowledge of the logistics
– High school degree in office administration or equivalent,
– Knowledge of business administration.
– Knowledge of document control
– Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
– Cultural sensitivity to be able to work with different cultures and countries
– Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Good skills in written and of understanding of the English language,
– High tolerance to stress to be able to work under time pressure and to be depended on third parties,
– Highly organized and flexible
– Maintains staff confidentiality
– Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
– Professional and representative appearance
– Social skill to be able to maintain contacts with suppliers and clients,
– To be in the possession of a valid driving license.
– Working knowledge of email, scheduling and Microsoft Office.
