Job Description
What you’ll do :
- Identify legal issues of concern to the business and proactively develop effective legal strategies
- Protect and enforce the company’s interests in negotiation with third parties, before government agencies
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Provide of efficient legal services in the field of international operations of the Company
- Represent the company in negotiations and business meetings
- Provide continuous legal awareness to the other departments
- Stay up to date with changes and developments in the law
Skills
Suggested Experience:
- Fluent spoken and written English,
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally a minimum of 1 year in the UAE
- Experience in an international environment
- Ability to work individually and under time pressure
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion to keep sensitive information secure and private
- Bachelor or Master degree in law
