Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Junior Engineer/Scientist are as follows:
· Provide direct or indirect support to scientific projects
· Prepare project progress reports according to the schedule
· Able to execute precise scientific/engineering proposal computations
· Devise technical and creative solutions to problems arising during the project accomplishment
· Prepare estimates and budgets for the projects
· Plan, design, and install equipment and devices
· Provide maintenance and repair of equipment, devices, and tools
· Ensure ongoing operation and production capabilities of installations
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
· Assist in cleaning and monitoring of equipment
· Inspect equipment to detect potential faults
Skills
Job Specifications:
· MS in various science/engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Systems, Computer, Electrical)
· Entry-level position in scientific/Engineering research center
· Ability to work within the multidisciplinary team
· Demonstrate organizational and project management skills
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Strong analytical and team-working capability
· Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
