We are a lean, entrepreneurial team focused on rapid growth, innovation, and data-driven decision making.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our paid media and e-commerce growth efforts across Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify.

This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants hands-on exposure to performance marketing, e-commerce analytics, and brand growth within a fast-moving beauty company. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to help execute campaigns, analyze results, track KPIs, and improve marketing effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and TikTok 
  • Assist with campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting, and budget tracking 
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports 
  • Help track KPIs including ROAS, ACoS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and sales trends 
  • Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages 
  • Assist with Amazon listing optimization and promotional activities 
  • Maintain dashboards and organize marketing performance data 
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to support campaign execution  
  • Monitor competitor activity, trends, and consumer insights 
  • Help ensure tracking pixels, attribution links, and campaign tagging are functioning correctly
