Role Overview

The Junior Marketing Specialist will support the company’s marketing initiatives by assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Support the management of marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to develop creative marketing assets.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries when appropriate, and identify opportunities to increase audience engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing campaigns, events, and online outreach activities.
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases and CRM records.
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content.
• Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.
• Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.
• Assist in organizing company events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
