Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Supervisor to join our team. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations within our hotel chain, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and effectively. They will lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. The IT Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and protocols to support the overall goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the IT team, providing support, guidance, and training as needed
- Monitor and maintain all IT systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and protocols to support the overall goals of the organization
- Manage and troubleshoot any IT issues that arise, working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems are meeting their needs and requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments in the hospitality industry, making recommendations for system upgrades or improvements as needed
- Assist with the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives, working with vendors and partners as needed
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or supervision, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with project management and vendor relations
