Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervision of syrup preparation as per production program and operation of water treatment plant.
· Responsible for checking and maintaining quality (including microbiology) of product and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.
· Maintain lab & lab equipment in order Calibrate as per instructions.
· Follow up IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiency under IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).
· Coordinate GMP in liaison with other staff
· Assigned as HACCP coordinator.
· Implement HACCP program coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance Manager
· Conduct HACCP review in consultation of Plant Manager as per plan.
· Maintain HACCP records.
· Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.
· Inspection of ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
· Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager
· Responsible for various sample collection as per Coca-Cola testing requirement
· Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
· Organize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.
· Ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
· Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager.
· Responsible for various sample collection as per Coca-Cola testing requirement.

Skills
Candidate Profile:
· Previous experience in F&B and FMCG
· Experience: 10 Years or above
· Bachelors Or Master’s Degree in Science
· Requirement Open For Arab Nationals
