Job Description:
- Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare detailed design plans including layouts, materials, colors, and furniture.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather project requirements.
- Present design concepts to management for approval.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new materials.
- Prepare project budgets and timelines and ensure adherence.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during procurement and implementation.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and building codes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience, preferably in retail or commercial design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, color theory, and spatial design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
