Job Description
- To implement high levels of Customer Service such as timely installation and response time with quality service
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Manage relations with contractors and service providers
- Takes leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues, customer and sales ops
- Liaise with the managers and sales team in Retail to carry out Project installs to create technical support information
- Keep up to date with current installation skills & techniques
- Provide technical recommendations and guidance to the sales team on projects with regards to installation specific requirement such as technical feasibility and insource vs. outsource labor options
- Agree a price and specification of installation of equipment with the sales team
Skills
- Minimum 8 years experience with wooden/residential kitchen experience, with atleast 3 years in a supervisor or team leader role.
- 5 years experience as a site supervisor
- Must have experience understanding AutoCAD readings.
