Job Description:
- Audit and verify all daily revenue transactions from restaurants, bars, operations.
- Reconcile POS reports with cash, credit card, and online payment records.
- Review and validate guest checks, discounts, voids, and complimentary items.
- Ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded and posted in the system.
- Prepare daily income audit reports and highlight discrepancies.
- Coordinate with F&B and finance teams to resolve variances.
- Monitor internal control procedures to prevent fraud and revenue leakage.
- Audit night closing procedures and ensure proper system shutdowns.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
- Monitoring and supervising the cashier team in implementing the financial policies related to various revenues and coordinating with the different financial departments to ensure bank deposits.
- Performing daily revenue analysis for all types of restaurants, including revenue from tourism, events, and individual bookings (Daily sales) .
- Coordination with the cost management department regarding sales analysis.
