- Support the HR unit in delivering HR initiatives.
- Create IRCs on the PULSE system and handle direct hire and daily hire employee requests (including issuing employee numbers, adjustments, terminations, transfers, etc.)
- Conduct an employee induction program, assign a new employee a PULSE account, ensure new employees receive needed items, and follow up on employee probation evaluations with department managers.
- Coordinate with the IT department to issue ID cards for new employees and insert new employees in the attendance system.
- Coordinate with the Napco Learning Institute to review training and related evaluations.
- Process employee leaves.
- Prepare the promotion prerequisites.
- Provide admissions information to prospective, newly admitted employees. Provides advice and information concerning admissions and record issues.
- Support the HROD department in drafting letters, including warnings, announcements, terminations, etc.
- Ensure any errors in the PULSE system are resolved by creating tickets and coordinating with the needed.
- Facilitate the service of the integration team (including issuing and delivering letters, IQAMA renewal, etc.)
- Provide support to the employee relations unit, including assisting in resolving employee relations issues.
- Implement and follow up motivational and well-being programs.
- Conduct a probation evaluation of all newcomers on the 6th week and on the 11th week after recruitment to assess newcomers.
- Create new employees and update current employeesu2019 profiles on the HR system and upon employment or status change.
- Deactivate resigning employeesu2019 profiles on the HR System upon termination.
- Coordinate on-the-job training for transfers and newcomers.
- Receive and coordinate resignation and termination requests, including EOS calculations, exit interviews, and termination and retention discussions.
Skills
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES.
u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in human resource management or similar field
u2022 Up to 2 years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
