POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner works closely with the Saudi Arabia business, HR function and front-line leadership to drive the development of a cohesive talent plan that delivers on our business objectives, ensures consistent high performance across our workforce, and a healthy talent pipeline that meets the current and future needs of the business. The HR partners will support and coach leaders in building high performance teams in developing its leadership capability and pipeline. The partners will monitor organization performance and will focus on aligning HR services and programs with business needs, and in line with the strategic vision for talent and employee experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Drive the business strategy and results within the organizations through developing and executing a future-looking talent plan. Bring the desired employee experience to life by partnering with leaders and managers on people practices. Ensuring that HR and management practices in the country are compliant with Air Products Qudra’ values, policies and practices and local legislation. Also managing local relationships with external authorities (eg local labour authorities) as required. Increase profitable revenue growth through effective deployment of top talent. Support culture change taking direction from the business leadership. Develop and maintain Strategic Talent Management and Succession plans for the Business/Function/Site(s) supported. Develop deep coaching relationships with business/function/site/front-line leaders and manage professional development plans with those individuals. Work with Business, Function, Operation/Site, Frontline leadership to translate business needs into HR requirements (e.g., programs, people initiatives). Collaborate with CoEs to design relevant HR solutions and participate in governance of HR Services to define and review quality and cost of the service provided. Leverage project management capabilities to roll out and coordinate initiatives execution in collaboration with CoEs. Provides deep expertise in local employment law and collaborates with CoEs, HR Processes and myHR Services to ensure the application of these laws and guidelines are completed in alignment with customer expectations. Creating a positive industrial relations environment, developing Air Products Qudra’ culture in country with safety, speed, simplicity and self-confidence at the core of employee engagement activities. Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation”, rather than sell a role Partner proactively with Hiring managers, HR partners and HR Community of expertise colleagues to drive the talent acquisition process through phases and execute against recruiting plan. Anticipate changing needs of hiring manager and business to adjust planning accordingly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification. Masters in HR or relevant business discipline
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years’ experience in HR Operations and Generalist activities.
- Experience working in an international / multi-national organization with exposure to matrix reporting and business setups. Preferable experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing or industrial companies
- Good command of English in a business environment (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge and awareness of Saudi Arabia labor law & legislation rules
- Knowledgeable and well versed in MS Office and experience working with HCM or HR ERP systems.
- Demonstrates experience of working within a dynamic, flexible and fast paced environment with a high work ethic.
