Job Description
- Properly use and store materials as per manufacturers’ specifications.
- Perform all necessary cleaning activities to cater to the guests’ needs while fulfilling their requests promptly.
- Evaluate the cleaning supplies, room maintenance guidelines, and customer comfort levels and inform any complications to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning materials according to the specified instructions and maintain guest rooms to meet guest satisfaction levels.
