Horticultural Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Landscaper to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Horticultural Landscaper, you will be responsible for designing, creating and executing beautiful gardens and landscapes for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then design and implement landscaping plans to meet those requirements. This role requires a strong knowledge of horticulture and landscaping techniques, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to discuss their landscaping needs and preferences.
2. Create and present landscaping plans to clients, including plant selection, hardscape design, and layout.
3. Prepare the soil, plant flowers, trees, and shrubs, and install hardscape features such as pathways and retaining walls.
4. Regularly maintain and care for the landscaping, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control.
5. Monitor the health and growth of plants and make adjustments to the maintenance plan as needed.
6. Provide ongoing customer service and support, answering any questions or concerns from clients.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in horticulture and landscaping.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Previous experience of at least four years as a Horticultural Landscaper or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of plant selection, soil preparation, and landscaping techniques.
3. Ability to create, present, and sell landscaping plans to clients.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
