Job Description

His Main Tasks will be:

 

  • To ensure that Construction Department provide support to PM’s. Coordinate with Contractors/subcontractors team for the input/output of projects assigned.
  • To Ensure that close and diligent management is done on all Projects related to the MOE Commitment of 2 GW and to the CSU.
  • Maintain proper update of documents/deliverable and information from Contractors and
  • Ensure that the Construction Tracker is continuously populated with correct info and that all required documents from Contractors are uploaded into system and reviewed/commented.
  • Keep a track of all documents/test reports and update in the document register and ACONEX and maintaining all documents under safe custody.
  • To compile CONSTRUCTION WORK PACKS from the Engineering Packages inserting all relevant Construction Procedures, PTW’s Quality Forms, Construction Schedules, (or space holders for it) into the packages. Building up a backlog of packages for issuance to Contractors.
  • To Develop electronic filing and archive system to make convenient issuance, storage, retrieval of documents, go-byes, templates, examples, etc. to internal and external communications.
  • To ensure that Contractors submit Weekly Progress Reports and to ensure schedules of projects are updated.
  • To prepare Weekly Progress Report and distribute according to the distribution matrix
  • To preparing Transmittals for Documents and Gate Passes for goods and equipment and distribute according to distribution matrix
  • To assist CM’s in coordination with contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects. Assist CM in technical coordination with package lead during all phases.
  • To assist in Constructability Studies with construction team and contractors.
  • To Update and administer Car Log
  • To keep a PPE Issuance Log
  • To ensure Vacation Tracker and Birthday Tracker is updated
  • To assist in Interfacing with Aramco Office regarding Access Badges and Refinery access where required
  • Organize meetings and Meeting Rooms
  • Assist with Timesheets signing
