Overview of the role:

The Graphic designer will play a pivotal role in supporting the team by creating visually stunning and brand-aligned materials across all locations. Role responsibilities will include crafting marketing graphics in line with communication objectives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and implementing briefed activities effectively and efficiently. His/her creativity and customer service excellence will elevate the brand through innovative design solutions.

 

What you will do:

Responsible for:

  • Support the team in the branding and maintenance of materials across all locations.
  • Ensure that all graphic elements created are in line with agreed guidelines (compliance with brand, visual identity, and legal guidelines.
  • Assist in designing and producing creative concepts for marketing campaigns in accordance with corporate guidelines using different media to meet requirements 
  • Provide innovative and effective graphic design solutions with excellence in creativity and customer service that elevate the Brand.
  • Manage the flow of work and graphics resources to ensure timely and effective project completion
  • Coordinate and manage campaign photo shoot including casting and art direction.
  • Perform a wide range of routine to complex duties including development of: publications, brochures, rack cards, posters, fliers, multimedia illustration, logo development, brand development, exhibits, and web-design.
  • Maintain project libraries, Asset Management System (an internal soft copy library of all artworks whether internally or externally produced) and compile all reference material together with program files
  • Provide recommendations regarding creative resources, outsourcing, workflow, traffic, processes, procedures, and other opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Responsible for designing all graphical representations of departmental reports across all Real estate on local and regional basis.
