Job Description :

• Improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations.• Oversee all aspects of the skin care product business of the Company including strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansion in overseas markets • Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results – both top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) lines• Develop systems, policies and procedures to enhance productivity, cost effectiveness and efficiency• Manage various departments such as R&D / Product Development, Production and Logistics as well as Sales and Marketing• Good understanding of the different countries’ regulations and industry practice in terms of product certifications, imports and exports, tariffs and taxes• Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives• Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit’s offerings to customers• Engage in key or targeted customer activities• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent• Communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees• Report key results to corporate officers• Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning 

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing and related disciplines10 years of relevant working experiences within the Beauty FMCG (cosmetics and skin care) industryPreferably with a track record of developing new overseas markets and building up a brand from scratchStrong business acumenMature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership, negotiation and problem solving skillProven experience as a General Manager or similar executive roleExperience in planning and budgetingKnowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)Strong analytical abilityExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skills
