Due to company expansion, we invite Front Desk Receptionists to join our team!

What the job entails:
As part of our Front Desk Reception Team, you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our offices. This includes VIP clients from abroad and within the UAE.
- Greeting clients and directing them to one of our meeting rooms
- Working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple tasks at any given time
- Organisation of the office and meeting rooms
- Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Answering calls and office inquiries in a professional manner
- Upholding dress code standards; acting as a role model and ambassador to the business
Skills
Who we are looking for:
To be considered for our Front Desk Reception Team, you’ll need to be:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Competent with Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Solution-oriented Customer-service inclined
And have:
- At least one year experience in a similar role
- A minimum of college education
- No visible tattoos whilst in uniform
- Acute attention to detail
- A high standard of presentability
- A friendly demeanour
