About the roleCoordinate and liaise between the respective Food and Beverage Supervisor by delivering a high quality of standard food and beverage service within assigned area of service. The role will also be required to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to customers with attention to detail with emphasis on increasing brand value at all times.Key accountabilities include:Ensure attention to detail and focus on providing excellent services to all customers within respective Lounges.Assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor and carry duties in his absence by maintaining service levels.Provides Food & Beverage service to all customers within respective Lounges or as directed by the Food and Beverage Supervisor.Undertake general or special duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Supervisor / Lounge Manager.Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, stores and other areas of operation to ensure seamless integration of duties and functions.Follow hygienic food and beverage management procedures.Attends and be actively involved in daily team briefings, ensuring that all rules, regulations and procedures are followed.Communicates with all external parties to work cooperatively in processing all customer requirements.Contributes exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote Premium Services and Qatar Airways products, assist with a diverse range of customer enquiries.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills.
