Finance Manager

A leading company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position plays a crucial role in the financial management of the company and requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Manage the company’s cash flow, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
6. Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor financial KPIs.
7. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
8. Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.
9. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
3. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proven leadership and team management skills.
8. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
