About the Role:

• Overview: As an FCR Engineer, you will be the linchpin in managing all field change requests, meticulously evaluating their impact on structural integrity, project timelines, and budget. • Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and process all Field Change Requests (FCRs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
  • Collaborate closely with structural engineering teams to assess the technical feasibility and implications of proposed changes.
  • Develop and implement robust solutions to address field conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and design teams, to facilitate efficient communication and resolution of changes.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and drawings related to FCRs and ECRs.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical support to resolve engineering challenges encountered during construction.
  • Ensure all changes are thoroughly reviewed, approved, and integrated into project plans without compromising safety or quality.
• Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Structural Engineering principles, a proven track record in managing Field Change Request processes, and proficiency in handling Engineering Change Request workflows. Experience with relevant CAD software like AutoCAD and strong Project Coordination abilities are essential.
