Position Title: F&B Cost Controller

About the Client:
A high-end stand-alone café is now opening its 2nd KSA branch in Riyadh
Job Description:
– Lead the inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking account of store issues and sales
– Perform Month End Closing Inventory for kitchen
– Review & submit to management admin reports such as Near Expiry Report, and Slow Moving Report
– Prepare monthly Consumption of kitchen supplies, Staff consumption and customers as well as monthly Spoilage report
– Prepare the daily and monthly cost report in relation to cost of sales
