Job Description
• Supervise and administer efficient cleaning of window panes of buildings.
• Oversee and perform regular cleaning of all outside window surfaces.
• Ensure optimal levels of security when working outside and work with hooks.
• Perform cleaning job at various hard to reach places such as building top floors.
• Maintain knowledge on usage of various swing stage and other equipment to clean outside windows.
• Performs related duties, as required
Skills
• Has the required valid Certification acquired from a Cleaning Training Institution
• At least high school diploma
• Must be friendly, cooperative, active, helpful attitude
• MUST HAVE 10 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE @ FACILITY MANAGEMENT PROJECTS
• IMMEDIATE JOINING
