Job Description

  • To manage the production activities in order to deliver the ordered quantities to the market as per requested schedule.
  • Technical development of the process, products and the people working on the lines.
  • To keep production cost within standards by improving Key Performance Indicators (KPI). To ensure strict process control as prescribed within Product parameters in order to maintain Highest standards of quality, food safety and hygiene.  
  • With a reputed food, manufacturing unit (preferably Bakery) for at least 5 years at managerial position in production department is essential.
