Schedule Management:
- Maintaining the executive’s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Communication & Correspondence:
- Composing and sending professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
Travel Arrangements:
- Booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for the executive.
- Managing expense reports and ensuring travel policies are followed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Researching and compiling information for the executive.
- Managing confidential information discreetly and professionally.
