Job Overview:

An event planner coordinates and manages various elements of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet clients’ expectations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients and Partners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Developing event concepts, themes, and budgets.
  • Tracking expenses and adhering to the budget.
  • Finding and selecting venues that meet the event’s needs.
  • Managing logistics: transportation, accommodation, catering, etc.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Overseeing the event setup and execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing the event flow and troubleshooting any unforeseen issues.
  • Preparing a post-event report with insights and recommendations.
