Job Overview:
An event planner coordinates and manages various elements of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet clients’ expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients and Partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Developing event concepts, themes, and budgets.
- Tracking expenses and adhering to the budget.
- Finding and selecting venues that meet the event’s needs.
- Managing logistics: transportation, accommodation, catering, etc.
- Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Overseeing the event setup and execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Managing the event flow and troubleshooting any unforeseen issues.
- Preparing a post-event report with insights and recommendations.
Skills
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
