Required to join an established company in Saudi Arabia working on the design and production of interior and exterior architecture, space planning, FFE, turnkey interior design as well as providing PM and contracting services.
The Estimation Manager will manage a small team of MEP/ Civil, Architectural Estimators and prepare estimates in construction projects using current techniques and market pricing. Review and analyze Tenders and project plan development to suggest a competitive project value.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience working in a Estimation position
Experience in interior/exterior, Civil, MEP estimation
Experience of estimating for projects in KSA.
