Job Description :
ERP Functional Consultants are responsible for providing a consultative approach to our product’s family’s successful and timely implementation at our customers’ sites or via phone.Duties include: Analysis of customer’s business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectivesAssess customers’ needs for training and implementation servicesApplication configuration, implementation and data migrationTrain users in application use and/or configurationRecommend business process improvementsAnalyze and specify application enhancements if needed
Job Requirements :
Background/Skills:Strong could ERP experience environments requiredExperience implementing or utilizing ERP systems requiredStrong problem-solving abilityStrong knowledge of business requirementsExcellent soft skillsTraining and customer service skillsStrong accounting experience preferredSuccessful candidates must demonstrate excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to others. This position requires successful completion of the training and testing program.
