Job Responsibilities:
- Have a solid foundation in computer science and some knowledge of systems programming.
- 3+ years of programming experience.
- Deepen your understanding of systems programming and computer science.
- Participate in the design, implementation and testing of new services.
- Investigate and fix performance issues throughout our systems which include our services, dependencies and kernel usage.
- Tech stack includes a mixture of Erlang, Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design, code, test and support of Erlang and related software, including some research.
Skills
Skills and Experience
- Experienced in the use of the Erlang Open Telecoms Platform for the delivery of complex systems
- Must have demonstrable experience of designing and delivering multiple projects in at least one industry sector
- Demonstrable software development and implementation experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of Erlang programming which will be tested
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Experience with chat application would be an advantage
