Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct audience research and targeting.
- Develop campaign structures, ad sets, and creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on platform changes and advertising trends.
